The Challenge
A 22-person consulting firm was losing significant billable hours to internal administrative work. New client intake required manual data entry across three separate systems. Weekly status reports were being drafted from scratch each time. Meeting notes had no structured capture process. Our Approach
VXE Technologies conducted a two-week AI readiness assessment to map the firm's workflows and identify the highest-value automation opportunities. We evaluated several AI platforms against the firm's security and data handling requirements, then selected and implemented tools that fit within their existing software stack. We automated the new client intake pipeline to reduce duplicate data entry, deployed a secure AI drafting assistant for status reports and proposals, and established a structured AI note-taking system for internal and client meetings.
